TSO Solutions was founded by Tricia Null, a U.S. Army combat veteran and 68W30 Senior Combat Medic whose career began where the margin for error was zero. Across nearly a decade in uniform and two combat deployments, she built and ran a forward operating base clinic from the ground up, managed pharmaceuticals and supply chains in austere environments, and led Joint Commission and quality compliance at an Army medical center.
That foundation — keeping complex operations running when the stakes are highest — became a career. Over the following years in healthcare operations leadership, Tricia built teams from a handful of people into a department of dozens, stood up analytics and mobile-care divisions from inception, and directed a multi-market region serving hundreds of thousands of lives at five-star outcomes.
Much of that work centered on quality and care: improving CMS Star Ratings and HEDIS measures, lifting CAHPS and HOS patient-experience and health-outcome scores, closing care gaps and strengthening preventive care, reducing avoidable rehospitalizations, and managing population health across attributed members. The throughline was always the same — better outcomes for patients, measured honestly and improved deliberately.
